From Adelaide, Hawker is approximately 4 hours drive heading out on Point Wakefield Highway towards Port Augusta. 6 km before Port Augusta there is the turn off to Stirling North. From here follow the signs through to Quorn up to Hawker.
An alternate route is to go through the wine region of Clare- a great place to stop for lunch. From Clare head through Spalding, Jamestown, Orrorroo to Hawker.
Premier Stateliner bus service (08 8642 5055) goes to Port Augusta from Adelaide. At Port Augusta, Gulf Getaways (1800 170 170 or 08 8642 6827) have a shuttle bus up to Hawker or you can hire a car or 4WD.

Accommodation

We have a range of comfortable two, four and six berth cabins, all of which have an en-suite. We have en-suite sites, drive through sites, power sites and tent sites. We can accommodate the largest motorhome, the smallest tent and everything in between.
